Operator and contact
PromptTune is an individually operated editorial project based in mainland China. Contact the operator at leileid6@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
What this website stores
The new editorial site does not create user accounts, accept payments or provide a comment or upload form. Search, filters, equipment comparison and the setup picker run locally in the browser. They do not require a profile or a saved personal history. The search page may include a query in its URL, which can appear in browsing history and hosting request logs.
Hosting and basic request information
The hosting and network providers necessarily process request information, which can include IP addresses, time, browser information and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the website. Their own retention and security policies apply. This launch version does not embed Google Analytics, an advertising pixel or a third-party audience-tracking script.
Email and external websites
If you email support, the information you send is processed by the email provider and used to respond and handle the request. Retailer and manufacturer links lead to independent websites with their own policies; visiting one may result in their collection of data.
Choices and requests
You can use the public articles without signing in. Avoid placing sensitive information in a search query or email. Contact support to ask about personal information you have sent directly; applicable rights and necessary record-retention requirements may affect what can be deleted.
Former service records
This notice describes the replacement editorial website. Any remaining records associated with the former music service are not made public by this migration. Contact support about those records; this notice does not retroactively change the terms under which an earlier purchase or account was handled.
